If the bag isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free.
How it works
Start a return through our contact form with your order number. We'll send you a return label. Drop it at any USPS or FedEx location. Once we receive it, you'll get a refund within 5 business days.
Condition
The bag should be in resaleable condition. Light use is fine; we get it, you wanted to try it. But please don't send it back full of mud.
