What's covered
Manufacturing defects, seam failures, zipper failures, strap failures. If something on the bag breaks under normal use within 5 years of your purchase, we'll repair it or replace it.
What's not covered
Damage from misuse, intentional damage, or normal cosmetic wear after 5 years. Lost or stolen bags.
How to make a claim
Email us at hello@fieldlux.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description. We'll respond within 2 business days and either ship a replacement or arrange a repair.
Why we offer it
Because we believe the bag will last. The warranty is how we put our money where our mouth is.
